SYT Wellness focuses on the preventing diseases before they manifest. To achieve it, we emphasize on maintaining balance - without it the body will be easily influenced by external forces such as weather and stress - making us vulnerable to illnesses. TCM practitioners will then prescribe a well-rounded regime of food recommendations, soup recipes to accompany meals, herbal formula, tui-na therapy, acupuncture, cupping, exercise or qigong to restore balance in the body.
Qi-gong wellness exercise
Founder Dr. Cheung Yung incorporated his 30 years of clinical expertise and an unbroken lineage of Fushan Wing Chun to create an easy-to-learn, high-efficacy qigong exercise that target to improve spinal health, joint health and cardiovascular health. This qigong exercise is suitable for adults aged 16 or above, particularly for those recovering from chronic pain and other illnesses.
