職位概述
我們現正尋找一位有熱誠的人才加入我們的管理團隊,直接向總經理匯報並協助業務顧問及診所經理的工作。此職位為全職性質,負責支援診所日常運作及行政管理。
主要職責
- 協助診所日常運作及行政管理
- 處理會計及財務管理相關工作
- 支援市場推廣及宣傳項目
- 協助制定及執行營運程序
- 維護與員工、供應商、合夥商及客戶的關係
- 處理其他由上級分配的工作
申請要求
- 持有工商管理、市場學、會計、公共行政或相關學士學位
- 具4年工作經驗;醫療行業經驗優先
- 良好的分析及解難能力
- 優秀的人際關係及溝通技巧
- 精通中文(粵語及普通話)及英文
- 熟悉Microsoft Office應用程式;熟悉會計軟件為佳
- 處事積極主動,具責任心
- 能獨立工作及帶領團隊

Assistant Clinic Manager (Full-Time)
About Us
SYT Wellness is a well-established chain of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics in Hong Kong, dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to our communities. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to support our clinic operations and administrative work.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our management team, reporting directly to the General Manager and supporting the work of our Business Consultant and Clinic Manager. This is a full-time position focusing on clinic operations and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative management
- Handle accounting and financial management tasks
- Assist in marketing and promotional initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures
- Maintain relationships with staff, suppliers, partners and customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Public Administration or related field
- 4 years of working experience; healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge with accounting software is preferred
- Proactive and responsible attitude
- Ability to work independently and lead teams

- 處理假期管理及員工福利安排
- 支援績效管理流程
- 維持良好僱員關係及處理人力資源相關查詢
- 檢視及更新人力資源政策及程序
- 確保符合本地勞工法例
- 統籌培訓及發展計劃

HR Officer (Part-Time)
About Us
SYT is an established chain of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics in Hong Kong, dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to our community. With our growing practice, we are seeking a seasoned HR Officer to support our operations on a part-time basis.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR/administrative professional to provide comprehensive human resources support to our management team. This is a part-time position requiring 10-12 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration
- Handle leave management and fringe benefits administration
- Support performance management processes
- Maintain employee relations and handle HR-related inquiries
- Review and update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local employment ordinances
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, healthcare industry or public sector experience preferred
- Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team and maintain confidentiality
