No. The consulting physician for the $488 first-time trial offer is not Dr. Cheung Yung, but rather other experienced registered Chinese Medicine Practitioners under SYT Wellness. All practitioners are registered Chinese Medicine Practitioners in Hong Kong with extensive clinical experience, professional and reliable. If you need to specifically request Dr. Cheung Yung for consultation, fees and arrangements will be discussed separately. Please feel free to inquire via WhatsApp.
Who can enjoy the $488 first-time trial?
This offer is for new patients only, meaning clients who have never received any treatment services at SYT Wellness (Wan Chai or Jordan branches). Each person is limited to one trial and it cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You only need to book an appointment via WhatsApp, and pay the $488 consultation fee on the day of your visit. We accept cash and other common payment methods.
How long does the treatment typically take?
The entire treatment (including consultation, 15 minutes of Tui Na, and 20–25 minutes of acupuncture) takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes. If you add extended Tui Na or bone setting, it will be extended accordingly. It is recommended to allow ample time.
Can I decide whether to upgrade to extended Tui Na or bone setting upon arrival?
Yes. Upgrade services (extended Tui Na +$150 / bone setting +$200) can be decided and added on-site upon arrival, no prior confirmation is needed. The physician will provide recommendations based on your condition after the consultation, and you can decide whether to upgrade.
What is the difference between the two clinics? Which one should I choose?
Both the Wan Chai and Jordan clinics offer the same $488 first-time trial service, and the treatment quality is consistent. We recommend you choose the branch that is most geographically convenient for you. The Wan Chai clinic is near Wan Chai MTR Station Exit C, and the Jordan clinic is near Jordan MTR Station Exit C2.
If I need a follow-up consultation, what are the subsequent charges?
The $488 is a special promotional price for the first-time trial. Follow-up consultation fees will be calculated according to SYT Wellness's standard consultation fees. The physician will explain the follow-up costs and treatment plan after your first treatment. If you have any questions, please feel free to inquire with staff via WhatsApp when booking.
Does acupuncture hurt? Are there any side effects?
Acupuncture uses very fine needles, and most clients only feel a slight "mosquito bite" sensation when the needles are inserted. After treatment, there might be slight soreness or bruising, which is a normal reaction and usually subsides within one to two days. If you have a history of fainting from needles or concerns about acupuncture, please inform the physician during the consultation, and the physician will adjust the treatment plan according to your situation.
