Position Overview
Position: Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Full-time)
Department: Chinese Medicine Practitioner Department (comprising Consultant Chinese Medicine Practitioners, Senior Chinese Medicine Practitioners, and Chinese Medicine Practitioners)
Reports to: Consultant Chinese Medicine Practitioner, General Manager, and Senior Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Key Responsibilities
- General Chinese medicine practitioner duties
- Assess patients' health conditions using diagnostic methods including observation, listening and smelling, inquiry, and pulse-taking
- Prescribe herbal medicine treatments
- Perform acupuncture
- Perform traumatology and bone-setting treatments
- Evaluate and document patients' progress and treatment outcomes
- Assist in handling patients' inquiries regarding TCM professional matters
- Assist in supervising and guiding Chinese medicine assistants or Tuina therapists
- Participate in various clinic activities promoting TCM and health education
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
Entry Requirements
- Hold a locally recognized Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese Medicine
- Hold registered Chinese medicine practitioner qualification recognized by the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong
- Possess at least 1 year of independent clinical TCM practice experience; candidates with clinical experience in traumatology or relevant diplomas/degrees preferred
- Passionate about serving patients, positive and optimistic, willing to contribute, with team spirit
- Good communication skills (including Mandarin and English) and coordination abilities, patient and able to build good relationships with patients
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Chinese input methods
Compensation and Benefits
- Two/Three-year contract system
- Basic salary plus operation bonus ranging from HKD24,000 - HKD40,000
- Shift rotation, maximum 48 working hours per week

Main Responsibilities
- Assist practitioners with consultations, medical work, and patient care
- Assist practitioners with treatments and prepare medical records
- Supervise and review the work of RCMP assistants
- Ensure treatment rooms meet cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor treatment rooms and patient conditions
- Report treatment rooms maintenance issues
- Support various clinic TCM promotion activities
- Other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Hold Associate Degree or above
- 2-4 years work experience; experience in Chinese/Western medicine and/or customer service preferred
- Hold RCMP Assistant/Healthcare Assistant/Health Worker certificate
- Good communication skills (including Mandarin and English)
- Interest in TCM/healthcare work, positive and optimistic, willing to contribute, with team spirit

- Reception and handling of patient registration, appointment and follow-up visit arrangements and data updates

- Processing patient payments, billing and insurance claim related matters

Entry Requirements
- Form 5 / Secondary School Diploma or above, with Chinese and English subjects achieving Grade D or Level 3 or above

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our management team, reporting directly to the General Manager and supporting the work of our Business Consultant and Clinic Manager. This is a full-time/fractional position focusing on clinic operations and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative management
- Handle accounting and financial management tasks
- Assist in marketing and promotional initiatives

Requirements

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR/administrative professional to provide comprehensive human resources support to our management team. This is a fractional position requiring 10-12 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration
- Handle leave management and fringe benefits administration
- Support performance management processes
- Maintain employee relations and handle HR-related inquiries
