Ordering Method
Once the transaction is completed, SYT Wellness will notify you of order confirmation via email or SMS and will ship the order within 2 business days. You will also receive an SMS notification of delivery arrangements the day before or on the day of shipment.
Free shipping on orders over HK$500.
For orders under HK$500, the shipping fee is HK$30.
Return and exchange policy
Thank you for your support of Shangyitang!
Our products are carefully inspected before delivery. Please check the goods within 7 days of receiving them.
We offer conditional exchanges, but do not accept returns.
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Goods that have been used or damaged due to personal reasons
- No original product packaging markings or/and labels
- Issues unrelated to quality
- Personal preferences
- Expired exchange period
Return due to quality issues
If you need to return the goods you purchased due to quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Customers are requested to return the product at the store during business hours, or choose SF Express to return the product, and we will cover the shipping costs.
The following situations are not considered quality issues, including:
- Color differences between photographs and actual products may occur due to variations in lighting, computer monitor colors, or individual color perception.
- Differences between product batches, or differences caused by the use of different measurement standards.
Delivery period
Please collect your order within 3 months of receiving the arrival notification. For overdue orders, we will dispose of them without further notice. If the goods are not collected after the deadline, Shangyitang will dispose of them without refund.
In case of any dispute, Shangyitang reserves the right of final decision.
Privacy Statement
Shangyitang will not disclose or sell your personal information provided when you fill out the order form to any other company, organization, or individual. The information will only be used for internal company purposes and customer notifications.
