Targeting Shoulders, Neck, Back & Full Body Deep Relaxation
Performed by experienced therapists · Focused on resolving deep muscle and fascia strain
No needles, no medication · Addressing stiff neck and shoulders, and back pain at the root
When general massage isn't enough, turn to professional pain relief Tuina.
Do you have these troubles?
Chronic pain, ordinary massage can't solve it at all
Suffering from stiff neck and shoulders, and back pain for a long time? Ordinary massage can only provide temporary relief; the pain returns after the session. The root cause of the problem is never truly addressed—because regular massage does not have the ability to target the source of pain.
Professional "Tui Na" is completely different from ordinary massage. It is a therapeutic treatment method, where experienced therapists identify your strained and tight areas, then precisely apply pressure to the root cause of your pain, deep muscles, and fascia—this is exactly the problem that Shang Yi Tong Tui Na solves for you.
-
General massage: Feels good for a while, but the pain returns the next day, a repetitive cycle.
-
No targeting: Doesn't understand the root cause of pain, only blindly massages superficial areas for temporary relief.
-
Fear of acupuncture: Want professional treatment but are afraid of needles.
-
Shang Yi Tong Professional Tui Na: First, we understand your pain and tight areas, then use professional techniques to relieve the root cause—without needles or medication.
What is Tui Na?
Professional Tui Na ≠ Ordinary Massage
Tui Na is not a common health massage, but a therapeutic method focusing on "straightening tendons, correcting bones, invigorating blood, and unblocking meridians". Traditional theory holds that "blockage causes pain," and pain stems from stagnation of Qi and blood, tight muscles and fascia, and blocked meridians.
💆 General Massage
General health massage primarily focuses on superficial muscle relaxation, with the intensity and areas of pressure being more arbitrary. Therapists usually lack therapeutic background and cannot accurately identify the root cause of pain. While it feels good after the massage, pain recurrence after temporary relief is common.
🙌 Shang Yi Tong Professional Tui Na
Therapists use various professional techniques such as "pushing, grasping, pressing, and kneading" on deep muscles, meridians, and fascia, aiming to unblock Qi and blood and restore the body's balance. It precisely targets the root cause of pain, improves range of motion, and provides lasting effects.

About Professional Pain Tui Na
What is the difference between Tui Na and general massage?
Tui Na is not a regular health massage. Tui Na focuses on "regulating tendons, correcting bones, invigorating blood, and unblocking meridians," applying professional techniques such as "tui (pushing), na (grasping), an (pressing), and rou (kneading)" to deep muscles and fascia, promoting qi and blood circulation, and restoring body balance. Tui Na at Shang Yi Tong is performed by experienced therapists, truly targeting the root cause of pain for deep relaxation.
What does the new customer Tui Na trial include?
The first-time trial price for new customers is $288 (30 minutes) or $488 (50 minutes) and includes two parts: (1) Identifying areas of strain—the therapist will first inquire about your tight and uncomfortable areas for targeted treatment; (2) Professional Tui Na therapy—performed by an experienced Tui Na therapist using targeted Tui Na techniques (for shoulders, neck, back, waist, or whole body). Professional aftercare advice will be provided after the therapy.
How do I use the weekday limited offer?
If you book a Tui Na session on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, you can enjoy the weekday limited discount: $30 off for 30 minutes (i.e., $300), $30 off for 50 minutes (i.e., $520), $60 off for 60 minutes (i.e., $600). This offer is valid for all new and existing customers but cannot be used in conjunction with the new customer first-time trial price.
Will it be painful after Tui Na? Are there any side effects?
Some people may experience slight soreness after Tui Na therapy, which is a normal muscular reaction and usually subsides naturally within 1-2 days. Our Tui Na therapists are professionally trained, and their techniques are moderate and safe. Please note: Tui Na is not suitable for individuals with skin damage, acute sprains, or fractures. The therapist will screen you before the therapy.
Which clinic offers the trial? How do I book?
Tui Na services are available at both our Wan Chai and Jordan clinics. You can book by: (1) online reservation via our official website, (2) instant booking via Fresha, or (3) contacting us directly via WhatsApp at 5427 3297.
Will one Tui Na session be enough? How many sessions are needed?
After the first trial, most people will experience immediate pain relief and improved range of motion. However, chronic pain usually requires a course of treatment (approximately 4-6 sessions) to achieve lasting results. The therapist will provide recommendations after your first session. You can first experience the effects of Tui Na at a discounted price before deciding on further arrangements.
